These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PillarWise, an AI-powered employee training platform. By creating an account or using PillarWise, you agree to these Terms.
2. About PillarWise
PillarWise helps businesses upload training documents, create training modules, assign content to employees, run quizzes, and provide AI-powered staff support.
3. Training Disclaimer
PillarWise is a training support tool only. The quality of training depends on the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the documents and information provided by the customer. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, supervising employees, and ensuring workplace training reflects their actual procedures.
4. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated training material, quiz questions, summaries, and assistant responses may contain inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before relying on it.
5. Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of all uploaded documents, manuals, policies, menus, and training materials. Customers must only upload content they own or have permission to use.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
PillarWise may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Free trials may be offered at PillarWise's discretion and are not guaranteed for all users.
7. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Refunds may be considered where paid features are unavailable, the software contains material faults, or advertised functionality is not working as intended.
8. Account Suspension
PillarWise may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, unlawful activity, abuse of the platform, or breach of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PillarWise is not liable for losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or omitted customer-provided information, employee undertraining, workplace incidents, or decisions made using AI-generated content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
